For people with ADHD
One next step.
Somewhere to return to.
Capture a task, break it into small steps, and start a focus session. When you come back, your notes and subtasks are still in the same place.
Start with one taskFree to start. No account needed.
It can start
as a sentence.
Write one sentence for what you want to do, such as “Plan a portfolio update”. Add a date or focus estimate when you need one. You can break it into smaller steps next.

The whole project
is not the next step.
Add a subtask for each small action: choose three projects, write the first project summary, add the images. Pick one step to work on while the rest stays with the task.

A beginning.
An end.
A break.
Choose a focus length before you start, then press Play beside your next step. If something interrupts you, use Distractions in the timer to note it. Take a break when the session ends.

A reminder
to come back.
Choose a Start Date for when to begin and a Due Date for when the task needs to be done. Set a Reminder before the due time to bring the task back to your attention.
Reminders need Pomiq to stay open.
There is space
around the plan.
Use Schedule to see what fits today. Move a task when the day changes. The plan is there to help you choose, not to tell you how the day should have gone.
Pomiq is a planning and focus tool, not medical advice or treatment.
Begin with what is in front of you.
One task is enough to start. The rest can have its turn.
