Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These terms cover your use of pomiq, a focus timer and day planner. By using pomiq, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Pomiq works fully without an account, storing your data locally in your browser. Signing in is optional and adds cloud backup/sync and, if you connect it, a read-only view of your Google Calendar. See our Privacy Policy for what that involves.

Your account

You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Don’t use pomiq for anything illegal, to abuse the service, or to interfere with other users.

Your content

Your tasks, notes, and session data are yours. We don’t claim ownership of anything you enter into pomiq, and we don’t read or use its content beyond what’s described in the Privacy Policy (backup/sync, anonymized product analytics).

Availability & changes

Pomiq is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. We’ll use reasonable care, but we’re not liable for data loss — local browser storage can be cleared by your browser, your device, or you; cloud sync (once you’ve signed in) is the way to guard against that.

Termination

You can stop using pomiq and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend access for accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
